All standard EPA Mailbox configuration templates are generated by EPA Mailbox installation software.
Initial creation of an EPA Mailbox requires the SysAdmin/SysSuper only to install templates of the appropriate Preference Set Configuration and copies of other EPA-supplied mailbox files. Mailbox users can then use the EPA Window Clerk to create and maintain filtering criteria and processing options
Templates for Preference Set Configurations that service multiple EPA Mailboxes necessarily include all 8 Preference Set Categories - even if one or more categories has no criteria specified. Since multiple mailboxes share the Preference Set, it is necessary to to identify each sharing mailbox - if any - that is o a SysAdmin/SysSuper o a New Contacts Correspondent o a Public Correspondent
A template for the following Preference Set Configurations for a single mailbox includes only those Criteria Categories necessary to the mailbox function.
