When using the EPAmail Service, the Current Domain will always be 'EPAmail.com'. You cannot switch to another domain.
Enter Current Mailbox ID and Current Mailbox Key.
The Window Clerk will then attempt to verify that your Internet connection is active, that the EPA Mail Room is operating and that your ID and Key are valid. The Window Clerk will advise you of the progress of the operations and - if necessary - of any actions you may need to take.
If no mailbox Preferences Set is stored locally, you'll see

If you answer 'No', you'll be allowed to (re)enter a new ID and Key.
If you answer 'Yes', you'll see
If you answer 'Yes', the Preferences Set at the EPA Mail Room will be downloaded and stored locally. If you answer 'No', a minimal Preferences Set skeleton will be created and stored locally.
After the Key has been validated, you'll see:

You can now select your next Window Clerk dialogue by clicking.
