Use the Filtering Preferences dialogue when you want to:
1. Edit the content of the Current Preferences Set Category.
2. Upload the locally-stored Preferences Set to replace that in use at the Mail Room.
3. Download currently-used Mail Room set to replace the locally-stored set.

MOD mailbox owners and organizational mailbox users who are neither System nor Group Administrators see:
prf-0

OOD System Administrators see:
prf-00

When 'Edit' and a Preferences Category are selected, the local Preferences Set is accessed to determine initial content of the text entry window. If there are no entries in the Category, '<empty_list>' will appear.

When a Preferences Category is selected, the expected entry type is displayed above the text entry window:..
'Private' ................. 'E-mail Address or Domain Name'
'Public'................... 'E-mail User Name'
'Wanted'................ 'Text Search Pattern'
'New'..................... .'E-mail User Name'
'SANames'............. 'E-mail User Name'
'SADomains'........... 'E-mail Domain Name Pattern'
'SAWanted'............ 'Text Search Pattern'

Preferences entries may be specified using the keyboard or by a 'copy & paste' procedure.

Any modifications made will be saved when another Preferences Category is selected; or b_save or b_quit is clicked.

b_undo will restore the preferences selected to those entries that were last saved.

b_sort will arrange the selected Preference sentries in ascending collating sequence order. Duplicate entries will be discarded. Only whole or partial e-mail addresses will be retained. All other information will be removed from entries.
