Use the Processing Preferences dialogue when you want to:
1. Specify the mailbox to which wanted e-mail is to be forwarded.
2. Select the disposition action which is to be applied to unwanted e-mail.
3. Change your Mail Key value.
4. Stop/Start Mail Traffic Log generation.
5. Erase all existing Mail Traffic Log entries.
You must specify botha WANTED mail fowarding address and an UNWANTED mail disposal action before you can upload your Preferences Set to the Mail Room for use by the Mail Clerk. If you attempt to quit this dialog before both items are entered, you will be immediately returned to your desktop.
If you choose to forward the UNWANTED mail to the same address as WANTED mail, the forwarded mail's 'Subject:' field will contain '|EPA--|' to permit you to distinguish it's classification.
Changing your Mailbox Key to a new value is initiated here.
The Mail Traffic Log enables you to audit the processing of mail addressed to the mailbox. You can choose to totally disable traffic logging. You can erase the current accumulated transactions. Disabling logging does NOT erase log entries.
The EPAmail service supports only U.S. English and you cannot change it.
