Processing Preferences Dialogue

If you have not previously defined your Processing Preferences at this hardware system or downloaded a copy from the Mail Room, you'll see

Enter the address of the mailbox to which you want WANTED mail forwarded. The Window Clerk attempts to verify the existence of any domain entered as part of a forwarding address. If the verification attempt fails, you'll be offered the option of re-entering the address or proceeding as if the attempt succeeded.  
 
You are then offered a choice of UNWANTED mail disposal options. You must choose one of the available options. Your selection may be changed at any time.

If you fail to BOTH set a WANTED mail forwarding address AND select a disposal option, b_quit exits both this dialogue and the Mail Window.  
 
After disposal selection, you'll see

b_changekey initiates the dialogue to change the Mailbox Key.  
 
 
 
frmlang allows you to select the language (and associated presentation order) expected to appear in e-mail Text Content  
field from a list of those available for use at this Mail Room..  
 
b_stoplog terminates logging and shows frmnologging  
 
b_startlog initiates logging and shows frmlogging  
 
b_eraseall deletes any and all current log entries.  
 
 
b_upload uploads these preferences to the EPA Mail Room for immediate use.
