Check Clerk's Classification

The EPA Mail Clerk's classification and processing accuracy for every mailbox e-mail can be audited by comparing the e-mail's Mail Traffic Log entry with the Preferences Set that was in use when the e-mail was processed.  
 
To perform a check on a particular e-mail, first display the Log and History side-by-side in the View/Copy Operations Record dialogue.  
 
In the Window Clerk dialogue displays  
 
In the View/Copy Records dialogue displays  
and  
 
Mail Traffic Log until the Log entry pertaining to the e-mail is displayed. Note the date/time stamp in the first entry line.  
 
Preferences Set History until displays a date and time that is earlier than that of the targeted e-mail's Log date. The Set displayed is the one that was used to process the e-mail.
