EPAmail applies a subset of the EPA method's capabilities to provide a 100%-effective filter-and-forward e-mail service that:
1.   Operates in a 'live', 'real-world' Internet environment.
2.Is seamlessly integrated into the operation of an existing, widely-distributed mail server environment.
3.Supports both organizational and individual e-mail users.

The Service demonstrates the EPA method's ability to accurately, reliably filter and classify e-mail with absolutely no false results. To do so, EPAmail utilizes three fundamental EPA equality tests from which all EPA filters are constructed:
1. Comparing e-mail 'FROM:' field content with a list of preferred complete URL's and/or domain names and/or UserNames
2. Comparing e-mail 'TO:' field content with a list of preferred domain-local e-mail UserNames.
3. Comparing e-mail 'SUBJECT:' field content with a list of preferred words or phrases.

Incoming Internet e-mails addressed to an EPAmail mailbox are classified as "wanted" or "unwanted" according to the mailbox owner's Preferences.

Wanted e-mail is forwarded to another mailbox specified by the owner.

The owner can direct that all unwanted e-mail to be: 1.) Accepted and discarded; or 2.) Refused as undeliverable; or 3.) Forwarded to a designated mailbox.

The EPA Window Clerk assists you in specifying filtering criteria and mail processing instructions, transmitting your specifications to the EPA Mail Clerk for application, and viewing/copying operational records maintained by the Mail Clerk.

The Crash Course is a concise tutorial which provides the reader with:
1. An explanation of the differences between the EPAmail Service functionality and full EPA functionality.
2. An interactive demonstration of the operational use of the EPAmail Window Clerk software.
3. An illustrated method that permits the user to quickly prepare an EPAmail Mailbox for initial operation.
