Q: My ID and/or Key are not working. What can I do?
A: IDs are case-insensitive ('Xerox' is same as 'xerox'). Keys's are case-sensitive ('Xerox' NOT same as 'xerox'). Upper-case(capital) and lower-case letters must exactly match your Key setting. Forgot your key and want to replace it?
Q: The setting for UNWANTED mail was originally "Reject & Return," but I changed the setting. How do I change it back?
