| This publication is the first in a series currently under development which includes:

| The EPAmail Service implementation reflects the minimum necessary and sufficient subset of the EPA Process capabilities required to provide a 'live, proof-of-concept' demonstration. Much of the information contained herein is limited to reflect only the design decisions applied and capabilities provided. You can expect that Licensees' implementations of EPA process capabilities and feature will vary significantly from the descriptions of EPAmail Service implementation as contained herein.

| This browse-able edition of the EPAmail Service User Manual is identical to that included with the EPA Window Clerk software download at the time that you download it. Subequent releases of this version of the Manual will make your download less up-to-date.

| The content of this document undergoes extension and revision as necessary to reflect meet users' comments and critiques.

| An updated version will be released on the 1st of every month beginning in April, 2005. No notification of version update and release is provided except in the heading of this page. A list of topics revised or added in the release is provided.
