An EPA-managed domain which is owned by a single entity who leases mailboxes to individual entities each of whom manages and operates the leased mailboxes independently of control by the domain owner.

Preferences Set History
A copy of each Preferences Set supplied to the Mail Clerk filed with the Mail Room time and date of arrival.
