Multi-Owner Domain(MOD)

When an e-mail TO: an ESM in a MOD domain is received for delivery, the EPA Mail Clerk compares its' fields' content to Preferences Category entries in the following order and classifies it as 'wanted' if:  
 
rprv ... a Private criteria entry matches "FROM:" content.  
 
rwtd ... a Wanted criteria entry matches "TEXT" content.  
 
rpbl ... a Public criteria entry matches "TO:" content.  
 
Since the mailbox owner in a Multi-Owner domain has absolute, immediate control of all e-mail transmissions, the EPA Mail Clerk processes only incoming Internet e-mail in such domains.  
 
 
When an e-mail TO: a GAM or GMM in a MOD is being acquired and assembled for delivery, the EPA Mail Clerk compares its' fields' content to Preferences Category entries in the following order and classifies it as 'wanted' if:  
 
gnf ... A GANames criteria entry matches "FROM:" content.  
 
gdf... A GADomains criteria entry matches "FROM:" content .  
 
gwtd ... A GAWanted criteria entry matches "TEXT" content .  
 
rprv ... A Private criteria entry matches "FROM:" content.  
 
rwtd ... A Wanted criteria entry matches "TEXT" content.  
 
rpbl ... A Public criteria entry matches "TO:" content.  
 
 
When an e-mail FROM: a GAM or GMM in a MOD is being acquired and assembled for transmission to the Internet by the mail server, its' fields' content are compared to Group Preferences Category entries in the following order and classified as 'wanted' if:  
 
gnf ... A GANames entry matches "FROM:" content.  
 
gdt... A GADomains entry matches "TO:" content .  
 
gwtd ... A GAWanted entry matches "TEXT" content .  
 
oprv ... A Private entry matches "TO:" content.  
 
opbl ... A Public entry matches "FROM:" content.  
 
ganu2 ... A New entry matches "FROM:" content.
