Manual-standard operational notation is employed in the following sections.  
 
In all EPA Window Clerk dialogues:  
   b_help displays this manual's Operating Procedures section that's associated with the dialogue.  
 
   b_quit returns you from a secondary dialogue to the immediately preceding dialogue or, from the primary dialogue, closes the Mail Window and returns you to the desktop.
