While the Window Clerk uses the Internet to perform an operation, a status advisory message is displayed to advise you of the progress of the operation. If the Internet response time is near instantaneous, you will not be able to see the advisory message. This is the normal mode of operation you should expect. If you see a message for more than 15-20 seconds, something has gone wrong with your Internet connection!
