Interpret Mail Clerk Records

The EPA Mail Clerk maintains a Mail Traffic Log and a Preferences Set History for your mailbox.  
 
These records are updated each time an e-mail addressed to your mailbox is processed and each time you change your processing preferences.  
 
One or both record sets can be inspected using the View/Copy Operations Record facility of the Mail Clerk's Window.
